  • Vinification: After natural decantation, the must is separated from the lees, filtered, inoculated with selected yeasts, and started to ferment at a thermoregulated temperature.

  • Aging: It rests in stainless steel autoclaves, at the end of fermentation it is refrigerated and filtered. The marketing takes place 2 - 3 months.

  • Degrees: 9.50% Vol.

  • Food pairing: Ideal for desserts.
