Selene Rosato

Selene Rosè wine comes from the white vinification of carefully selected black grapes It was created to satisfy, with its color with salmon reflections, with its large and characteristic bouquet, the taste of the consumer modern increasingly demanding and looking for something new and special.

  • Production area: Calabria.

  • Grapes: Merlot.

  • Soil type: Clayey, calcareous.

  • Cultivation: Alberello or espalier.

  • Yield per hectare: 90 ql. - 65 hectoliters.

  • Harvest: Third of September.

  • Vinification: After natural decantation, the must is separated from the lees, filtered, inoculated with selected yeasts, and started to ferment at a thermoregulated temperature.

  • Aging: It rests in stainless steel autoclaves, at the end of fermentation it is refrigerated and filtered. The marketing takes place 2 - 3 months.

  • Degrees: 12.00% Vol.

  • Food pairing: Ideal for crustaceans, shellfish and fatty fish; it is surprisingly exalted as an aperitif and in the preparation of exclusive cocktails.

  • Serving temperature: 8-10 ° C.
