Leukòs is an extremely elegant, generous and full-bodied wine. Rightly  tannic, on the palate it is presented  soft and velvety.

  • Production area : Cirò - Cirò Marina.

  • Grapes : Gaglioppo.

  • Soil type : Clayey, calcareous.

  • Training system :  A lberello.

  • Yield per hectare : 85 ql. - 55 hectoliters.

  • Harvest period :  Prhyme decade of October.

  • Vinification :  In thermo-conditioned steel without  maceration of 7-10 days.

  • Refinement :  In steel where it rests for two years with a stay in the bottle for a few months before being released.

  • Degrees : 13.50% Vol.

  • Optimal period of consumption :  From 5 to 7 years.

  • Food pairing :  It goes well with savory first courses, roasts and game, hard cheeses.

  • Serving temperature : 8-10 ° C.
