Sessantuno

Sessantuno is obtained from a careful selection of white berried grapes typical of the Calabria region. The soft pressing and the short maceration at a controlled temperature give it a fresh and harmonious flavor and a bright white color.

  • Grapes: Gaglioppo and Merlot.

  • Soil type : Clayey, calcareous.

  • Vinification:  In thermo-conditioned steel without  maceration of the grapes for 8 days.

  • Aging: In steel and bottle aging for  a few months before being marketed.

  • Degrees: 12 , 00% Vol.

  • Food pairing: It goes well with appetizers and fish-based dishes.

  • Service temperature:  18 ° C.
